Omagh Supported Living Service

Supported living is when you live in your own home with support from staff. People who live in supported living have a tenancy agreement.
Service provides domiciliary care and support to people with a learning disability in their own homes in the Omagh area. It opened as a residential home in 1990 and then in 2013 became a

Our first service was located on the Dublin Road and has since expanded in partnership with Golden Lane Housing with a number of properties in the Omagh area.
Omagh Supported Living service provides a full life model of support to tenants. This means that staff will help people find a wide range of activities that they would like to do in their local community as alternative to the traditional model of day care. Our staff will work with people to ensure they can access the activities they want at a time they choose.
Banbridge Supported Living Service
Banbridge Supported Living Service has provided supported housing services since 2003 in partnership with Radius Housing. The service currently supports 17 people with a learning disability at our Riversley service in Banbridge. Support is provided to access day time opportunities in their local community.
The team work closely with the college, Gateway, other local clubs and agencies to enable the people we support to access a wide range of activities and be a part of their community.
Bangor Supported Living Service
Bangor Supported Living Service, started off at Princetown Road in Bangor which was initially established as a residential home in 1986. In 2008 the site was redeveloped in partnership with Choice Housing to provide accommodation for 15 people in one, two and three bedroom apartments in a supported housing environment. The service has now developed to other properties within the Bangor area with others in development.
The team at the service provide support to the tenants to help them look after themselves and their apartment, socialise, go to work, access day opportunities and be part of their community.
Keady Supported Living Service
Keady Supported Living Service was initially established in 1993 as a residential
care home
A care home is a place where people who need support live. There are staff there all the time.
. It has been working in its current form as a supported housing scheme since 2003 and is now provided in partnership with Golden Lane Housing.
It supports six people in their own home to access community services and activities. The dedicated team support the service users with developing independent living skills in a homely environment.
Derry/Londonderry Supported Living Service
Derry/Londonderry Supported Living Service first opened in 2017 operating across a number of areas with more in development for the future.
