Mencap Centre in Belfast

It's been a year since Mencap Centre was officially opened by the First and Deputy First Minister of Northern Ireland.

The centre is the first of its kind for Mencap, and is a radical step for the future of children and young people with a learning disability, and their families, across Northern Ireland.

Help and advice line

If you live in Northern Ireland and would like advice on any learning disability issues, please get in touch.

We have offices across Northern Ireland, as well as a helpline called Mencap Direct; a free service for advice and information about learning disability which can help you to find the right support in your area.

#StepUp4Mencap at the Belfast City Marathons

The Deep RiverRock Belfast City Marathon takes place 1 May 2017, with the Half Marathon on 17 September 2017.

Entries for the full marathon have now closed, but you can sign up for the half marathon from 24 May 2017!

By challenging yourself and signing up you can help children and young people with a learning disability to live the life they choose.
