Learning disability awareness training for NI Ambulance Service

As part of our Treat me well campaign in Northern Ireland, we now work with the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service to deliver learning disability awareness training to ambulance staff.

This work will help support the 42,000 people with a learning disability in Northern Ireland when they need emergency medical care.

3 years of Mencap Centre!

Three years ago we opened the Mencap Centre in South Belfast. 

Since then we have developed many new services and projects to support children, families, young people and adults with a learning disability.
