Walk for charity: Walking 80km for 80 years

This year Mencap is turning 80 and we want you to get involved in the celebrations by walking 80km across the month of September. You can do the walk on your own, with friends, family or work colleagues.

And once you’ve received your first donation, you’ll be sent a free pair of laces.
