There are so many things you can do to support Mencap's work. From bake-offs to taking on your own physical challenge anywhere in the world.
You decide what suits you and when.
Here are some suggestions of how you can fundraise for Mencap:
- take part in an event
- set up a Virgin Money Giving page.
- hold a non-uniform day
- hold a spell-a-thon
- consider choosing Mencap as your school charity of the year.

- Make an online donation.
Make sure you select that you're giving a one-off donation, and mention that your donation is for Mencap's Big Tea Party in Northern Ireland in the 'We'd love to hear more about why you're donating today' box.
